The Regional Centre for the West Midlands is based in the School of Languages and Social Sciences at Aston University (on the 8th floor of the North Wing, N820). The Links offices are situated adjacent to a suite of well-equipped classrooms and are also close to state of the art language learning facilities. All the School’s learning facilities are available to be booked as appropriate for Links into Languages activities.

Within the Centre’s dedicated accommodation there is an open 'drop-in' area intended to house language learning resources for teachers, a laptop bar offering wireless access, a large meeting room, recycling facilities, secure lockers and a kitchenette. Several cafes are situated close to the centre.

All areas comply with disability access requirements and parking for disabled visitors must be booked at least a week in advance. Car parking can be booked in advance on a first come, first serve basis and there are additional car parks near the university.

The university’s central location in Birmingham city centre makes it readily accessible for public transport.
