What's happening locally?
We are pleased to offer a range of professional development courses for primary and secondary language professionals which are available to view or book under the ‘Events’ section. Please also sign up to our mailing list so we can let you know about new events too.
The Links programme also supports the LinkedUp Award Scheme which provides funding for projects carried out by groups of language teachers and other partners working in primary, secondary or 16-19 education in England. We hold regular briefings on how to apply for funding (see events) or you can download further information from the LinkedUp area of this website.

Here at the University of Southampton's Avenue Campus, you will find the Links South East regional centre, which incorporates the Centre for Applied Language Research and the Centre for Language Study.
Our resources room was refurbished over the summer and is now available to teachers to book for free. If you would like to come and take a look at some resources, or would like to use the room for your language meetings, please email Jo Bryan on linkssoutheast@soton.ac.uk or call 023 8059 9135.
