Our charging policy for events

In order to cover our direct costs, e.g. catering and guest speaker expenses, we charge to attend events. Refreshments and take-home resources will be provided. The event fee is specified on the web page for the event in question.    

Once you have registered to attend an event, you will be contacted by your regional Links administrator who will send you payment instructions.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you book but find you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We often hold waiting lists and someone else may be able to attend in your place.

Refunds for paid events:

Cancellation date before event Amount of refund
30 days or more Full refund
10-29 days before 50%
Less than 10 days 0%

 

Failure to attend a free event without informing us 10 working days in advance will incur an administration charge of £25.

Participants can arrange for someone else to substitute for them without incurring a cancellation charge
