As instructors, we are aware that learners learn at various paces and are motivated by a wide-range of interests and goals. For that reason we all value a language program that is flexible enough to conform to multiple teaching styles, methods, needs and technology. This presentation will focus on several strategies that teachers can use to deal with mixed-ability classes, and the different resources and solutions available for teachers and students. It is open to all language teachers of all levels and the presentation will be delivered in English.
Some emphasis will be placed on solutions and resources available from Instituto Cervantes including the use of advanced technology, a Spanish Online program AVE, and the Spanish proficiency exam DELE.
