Summary
Courses outside the UK provide teachers with an excellent insight into the educational, cultural and linguistic changes in the country of delivery. They not only provide delegates with complete language immersion, but inspire creative teaching methods and increase enthusiasm for language learning.
This half-day session will provide delegates with a range of useful information on the opportunities available and how to apply for them. Guidance on funding opportunities and grants available through the British Council's Comenius programme and the Grundvig scheme will be provided and anyone in the process of applying for funding is invited to bring in their draft application for advice and guidance on the day.
