Summary
The idea of the MFL Show and Tell session is to give teachers an opportunity to share good practice on the use of technology in the classroom in a relaxed, informal environment.
This is a by-teachers-for-teachers event and and can be shaped according to needs and discussions during the day. Suggestions for discussions so far include:
- How do you use your VLE?
- How do you use your digital language lab?
- Controlled assessment at GCSE.
- Improving oral work at Alevel - can ICT help?
- Dealing with e-safety through MFL.
- Grammar teaching.
The session will take place in the brand new 6th Form Centre at Nottingham High School where there will be access to a networked laptop computer, speakers, a data projector and screen for presentations.
