Join us for an Open event to explore the possibilities of business focused language learning

At the end of the course you will have a range of knowledge and understanding of:

NVQ qualifications at level 1,2 and 3
A brief overview of the diploma qualification to inform languages in ASL units
Applications for NVQ’s in the Additional and Specialist units in Diplomas
Video clips from lessons and activities to prepare for assessments, sample schemes of work
Work experience opportunities for your students
Sample materials exclusive to Links into Languages to take away and use in the classroom
Input from Business Language Champions*

4.00pm - Welcome and introductions by host school + Katherine Smith. Overview of NVQ qualifications, diploma structure and ASL units, work experience opportunities

4.30pm - Tea, coffee etc
4.40pm - host school question and answer session, samples of activities and the opportunity to talk to practitioners
5.00pm - Business Language Champion input and BLC representative
5.20pm – 5.30pm plenary
